1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MOVEX DELIVERY SERVICES L.L.C. ("MOVEX", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, booking our transportation services, entering into corporate delivery contracts, or utilizing our temperature-controlled fleet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not utilize our logistics or delivery services.

2 Scope of Services

MOVEX provides comprehensive transportation, logistics, and courier solutions across the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah), including:

3 Temperature-Controlled & Perishable Packaging

While MOVEX guarantees the vehicle cargo compartment temperature within the requested range (e.g. ambient, chilled +2°C to +8°C, or frozen -18°C), MOVEX is not liable for internal structural failure of goods caused by inadequate internal support or defective packaging supplied by the sender.

4 Pickup, Delivery & Proof of Delivery (POD)

• Accurate Consignee Details: Senders must provide accurate destination addresses, active contact numbers, and any specific gate pass or security building instructions.
• Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address after reasonable attempts, the driver will contact the sender for instructions. Return trips or secondary delivery attempts may incur standard additional courier charges.
• Proof of Delivery: Deliveries are confirmed via electronic signature, OTP confirmation, or photographic receipt upon handover.

5 Invoicing, Payment & Corporate Contracts

Service fees, monthly leasing rates, and dispatch tariffs are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Federal Tax Authority regulations.

For corporate monthly vehicle and driver agreements, payment terms are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). Invoices must be settled within the agreed credit window.

6 Prohibited & Restricted Cargo

Under UAE law and company policy, customers may NOT tender for shipment any illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, biohazardous materials, or items prohibited by UAE federal statutes or local municipal authorities. MOVEX reserves the right to inspect shipments and refuse suspicious or non-compliant consignments.

7 Limitation of Liability & Claims Process

MOVEX maintains high standards of care and fleet maintenance. In the unlikely event of verified physical loss, gross negligence, or equipment failure directly attributable to MOVEX:

• Claims Notice: Any claim for damage, loss, or temperature deviation must be reported in writing with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
• Force Majeure: MOVEX is not liable for transit delays caused by force majeure events including severe weather emergencies, sandstorms, road blockages by law enforcement, or external mechanical disruption beyond reasonable control.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts entered into with MOVEX DELIVERY SERVICES L.L.C. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dubai, UAE.
